To celebrate World Book Day, staff and pupils wore fancy dress in the theme of 'Heroes and Villains' from book characters. 

Pupils were then encouraged to read during the morning and were given vouchers to collect a free book.

Of the staff, Miss. Gutsall-Thompson won the prize for best fancy dress, Miss. Ellis and Mr. Gillam came runners-up.
