Get Started in Podcasting (16 – 30) – Virtual Programme
This virtual programme held online via Microsoft Teams, will take you through the creative process of producing a podcast. You will learn how to write, record, edit, and market your own podcast for personal or business purposes, or even just to showcase your audible talents!

Get Started in Conservation (16 – 30) – Maidstone
This programme is for those interested in working with the environment and wildlife! You will be working outside with others in habitat management, identifying animal species, and coming together as a team to complete group tasks! In partnership with Kent Wildlife Trust.

Get Into Retail with M&S (16 – 30) – Various Kent Locations
This programme is for those wanting to get into retail, with this month-long opportunity provided by M&S. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn about customer service, stock, sales, the shop floor logistics and much more, with successful candidates having the opportunity to go into an employed role at the end, pending course performance.

Get Started in Photography (16 – 30) – Margate
Our photography programme is back again, and this time we're bringing it to Margate! For those interested in the creative industry, applicants will have the opportunity to learn about professional photography, in the areas of shooting, editing, and post-production, as well as working together on a group project.

Support to sustain 16-30-Year-Olds in their Health & Social Care Roles
Are you a young person aged 16-18 that has just secured a job in the H&SC sector (or do you know one?).
The Prince’s Trust can help support you to sustain your role by offering:
- Financial awards, to help with travel costs, uniform etc.
- Mentoring, to help with goal setting, confidence, and support with your career pathway
- Mental health support through our partnership with MYNDUP
This support is only available if you have been offered a role but have not yet started in post.
