At The Rowans we believe it's important to praise our pupils for when they are doing well and making progress.

One of the many things we do is to send positive personalised postcards home (pictured right), so parents and carers are kept well informed of when their child is doing well.

We also have a reward system recoginising good behaviour and attendance, this term's reward is a trip is for paintballing.

As a result of heaping praise on our pupils, we have found they show more positive engagement in learning. We look forward to more progress being made!
